GREENWICH, CT — The results are in and Greenwich Patch readers have chosen their top spot to eat in town. Nearly 700 votes were cast and the winner is (drumroll, please) … Island Fin Poké.
The Cos Cob newcomer, which opened its first Connecticut location in April and allows customers to build their own poké bowls, received more votes than any of the other nearly 50 nominees.
Readers who nominated Island Fin Poké for our Patch poll praised the eatery’s ingredients and attentive customer service.

“Being able to create a poké bowl that is unique and just for me is amazing,” one person wrote. “Their customer service goes beyond expectations. I’ve tried most of the local poke restaurants and this one is by far the best around.”
Among the vast array of poké bowl add-ins are octopus, spicy tuna, ponzu sauce, chili oil, furikake, wasabi peas and avocado cream.

A particular favorite for Patch readers was the dessert offering of Dole soft serve.
“Great for a fast, healthy and delicious meal,” one of the nomination submissions said “We pick up from here at least twice a week (maybe sometimes three!)”
