Welcome to Island Fin Poké Company in Downers Grove, Illinois! We are thrilled to have opened the first Island Fin Poké restaurant in the Midwest and to bring fresh, sustainable, and delicious poké to our guests daily. Married couple Tom and Jill Browning are first-time franchisees. Each one holds a master's degree in business and has decades of business experience.

Tom has worked in advertising for over 30 years, including 20 years on the McDonald’s account, and Jill has worked in marketing communications and public relations for over 20 years. It has always been their dream to become franchisees together. After learning about the Island Fin Poké franchise, they knew they had discovered the perfect opportunity. They love the food, fun atmosphere, and culture of ohana.

Plus, they love Hawaii and have been there three times! The Brownings have been residents in Downers Grove for over 20 years and raised their now-grown triplets there. They look forward to serving every guest fresh and healthful meals, and to giving back to the community.
